The single-row high-speed particle packaging machine has a compact and exquisite body shape, a small footprint, simple and convenient operation, and a mature technology with stable performance.
Technical features:
1. The bag making series adopts a stepping motor subdivision technology, which has a high bag making accuracy and an error of less than 1 mm.
2. The use of a dual-controlled heat-sealing mechanism allows for more accurate temperature control, higher sealing quality, and wider packaging materials.
3. Microcomputer bag length controller can be set to any length of bag without replacing parts, and can be pre-counted, showing the packaging speed, bag length and so on.
4. In order to ensure the stable operation of the machine, this equipment has an automatic shutdown/alarm function when: the protective door is open, the light spot is not aligned, the packaging material is used up, and overloaded.
5. Preset counting cutters produce side products and cut off in the required quantity.
6. The measurement of linear electronic scale has high precision, and it can freely combine different materials with different weights to feed at the same time.
